Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Marketing F&B Manager will oversee daily operations of the food and beverage services within the compound, manage team training, create strategies to enhance customer experiences, and develop budgets to ensure financial efficiency. Responsibilities also include maintaining high-quality customer service and collaborating with other departments to align goals and activities.
Qualifications Develop and execute the restaurant’s annual marketing plan in alignment with management goals. Manage all digital platforms and paid advertising channels (Instagram, Tik Tok, Snapchat, Google Ads, Meta Ads). Plan and oversee content creation (photos, videos, promotions, and seasonal campaigns). Analyze marketing campaign performance and prepare reports on sales, footfall, and digital engagement. Collaborate with the restaurant manager to enhance the overall customer experience. Manage the marketing budget and ensure optimal return on investment (ROI). Monitor and manage the restaurant’s online reputation (reviews, Google Maps, delivery platforms). Propose innovative marketing ideas to increase brand awareness and sales. Plan and execute promotional offers and campaigns (Ramadan, national events, and special occasions). Identify target audiences and analyze customer behavior and needs. Conduct market and competitor analysis and recommend differentiation opportunities. Analyze customer complaints and suggest effective marketing-driven solutions. Follow up on task execution and ensure adherence to timelines and deadlines. Recommend menu enhancements based on sales data and customer feedback. Managing and coordinating with food delivery aggregators.
Experience and qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field. Minimum of 6 years’ experience in restaurant marketing. Strong command of the English language (written and spoken). Solid knowledge of digital marketing and paid advertising campaign management. Proven experience in data analysis and marketing performance reporting. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required
