Role Description This is a contract, on-site role for a Tendering & Cost Estimation Engineer with solid experience in preparing competitive bids and accurate cost estimates for engineering and construction projects. The ideal candidate will be adept at analyzing project requirements, developing BOQs, and coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure profitable and compliant tender submissions.

Key Responsibilities:Review project drawings, specifications, and requirements to prepare precise cost estimates. Prepare and analyze Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for tender submissions. Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain and evaluate quotations. Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals for tenders. Collaborate with project, procurement, and engineering teams to optimize bids. Maintain updated cost databases and market rates for materials, labor, and equipment. Ensure compliance with tender requirements and company policies. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical , Architectural, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Minimum 15 years of experience in tendering and cost estimation, preferably in the construction sector. Strong knowledge of project specifications, construction methods, and pricing strategies. Proficiency in MS Office, Auto CAD, and cost estimation tools. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Fluent in English (written and spoken).
