Role Description
We are looking for a proactive Sales Officer to manage key client accounts, maintain strong customer relationships, and support business growth. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and identifying opportunities to expand sales.
Key Responsibilities
Continuous research on how to market all the company's services and develop a clear plan to achieve the sales target. Responsible for leading the team and maintaining Key clientele accounts as an interface between the client and all relevant divisions to ensure the operational processes are smoothly managed. Responsible for meeting existing key clients to maintain customer relationships and to seek improvement of services. Identify new business opportunities (existing key clients and new large accounts) for Conformity and testing business line services. Maintain and develop ongoing contracts with key clients, and define /deploy solutions to achieve financial objectives. Coordinate and arrange a schedule of visits to the External meetings with current customers for (New Requirements). Following the quotations to increase the Hit ratio, identify the causes of losing quotations and send the reasons to the concerned person. Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements. Ensure that the correct services are delivered to customers on time. Act as a strategic advisor to our key clients. Generate more leads and businesses with current customers.
Qualification / minimum requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant disciplines• Proven experience in Sales (if possible)
