Title: Senior Manager- Wholesale Banking Finance & ControlLocation: Riyadh, KSA

We are currently working with a large banking entity that is looking to hire a Senior Manager- Wholesale Banking Finance & Control to join their growing team.

The role covers financial control, product control, balance sheet management, and performance reporting across wholesale banking and treasury products, with responsibility for mentoring junior team members.

Key responsibilitiesStrengthen control over Wholesale Banking P&L and Balance Sheet, identifying and escalating issuesReview BS/IS movements, highlight unusual trends, and recommend corrective actionsEnsure accurate and timely recognition of revenues, expenses, assets, and liabilitiesDeliver business finance support including variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance insightsOversee FX exposure reporting, independent P&L verification (IPV), and GL reconciliationsManage Balance Sheet Management (BSM) activities, securities valuation, MTM, and market risk exposureSupport hedge accounting (IFRS), derivatives accounting, and valuation controlPartner with Treasury, Product Control, Risk, and IT on controls and system enhancements

Mandatory requirementsHands-on Murex experienceStrong exposure to Derivatives, FX, Bonds / Fixed Income, and Money Markets

Candidate profile8–15 years’ experience in Wholesale Banking Finance, Product Control, or Treasury FinanceStrong IFRS, financial control, and balance sheet management backgroundTeam leadership and senior stakeholder engagement experienceExperience within global or regional banks
