The project:


Mace has been appointed to partner on a new portfolio of work focusing on the events industry in KSA. Our client intends to build cutting-edge venues to host world-class events in the culture, entertainment, and sports sectors.


Provides document management and administrative support across the project team, ensuring organised, accurate, and efficient coordination. Typically supports smaller projects where responsibilities span both disciplines, contributing to smooth project operations and effective delivery.


You’ll be responsible for:


  • Upholding Mace’s safety first culture by maintaining compliant, accurate, and well‑governed document control processes.


  • Managing the Unifier and Aconex systems, ensuring accurate records, timely reporting, and accessible project documentation.


  • Ensuring full adherence to contractual, legislative, and ethical standards.


  • Share best practices, support process improvements, and help develop team capability in document management tools.


  • Coordinating meetings, documentation, and office resources and maintaining safe, compliant workplace standards.


  • Managing the SharePoint, Aconex and system permissions, ensuring accurate quality checks and controlled information flow.


  • Maintaining work package matrices, supporting contract administration, and ensuring key processes such as RFIs run effectively.


  • Collaborating on carbon‑reduction goals and contributing to continuous improvement.


You’ll need to have:


  • Experience delivering document control on large construction or infrastructure projects.


  • Proficiency in Unifier, Aconex and document workflow management.


  • Skills in Power BI reporting, version control, and audit compliance.


  • Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.


  • Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
