We are seeking a high-caliber Senior UI/UX Designer with extensive experience in creating world-class digital products. This role is designed for a strategic thinker who can navigate the complexities of the GCC market and manage design excellence across multiple concurrent projects. You will be responsible for the entire design lifecycle, from deep user research and psychological analysis to high-fidelity UI execution and developer handoff.

Key Responsibilities

1. UX Strategy & User Research

• Market-Specific Research: Conduct comprehensive user research tailored to the Saudi and Gulf demographics, understanding local consumer behavior and cultural nuances.
• Information Architecture: Design complex sitemaps, user flows, and hierarchical structures for large-scale enterprise solutions and consumer apps.
• Heuristic Evaluation: Perform expert audits on existing products to identify usability friction and provide data-driven UX solutions.
• Prototyping & Testing: Build advanced high-fidelity interactive prototypes to conduct usability testing and iterate based on real user feedback.

2. Visual UI Engineering

• Pixel-Perfect UI: Create modern, aesthetically superior interfaces that balance global design trends with local preferences.
• RTL Optimization: Expert-level mastery of Right-to-Left (RTL) layouts, ensuring typography and visual balance are optimized for the Arabic language.
• Design Systems: Build, maintain, and scale comprehensive Design Systems (Atomic Design methodology) to ensure consistency across multiple platforms (iOS, Android, Web).
• Micro-interactions: Design subtle animations and transitions that enhance the "feel" of the product and guide user behavior.

3. Strategic Execution & Management

• Multi-Project Handling: Lead the design efforts for various projects simultaneously, ensuring milestones are met without compromising quality.
• Technical Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to ensure the technical feasibility of designs and seamless implementation.
• Business Alignment: Align design decisions with business KPIs, ensuring that UX improvements directly contribute to growth and user retention.

Skills

• Experience: 7+ years of professional UI/UX experience, with a proven track record of launching successful products in the Saudi/GCC market.
• Location: Must be based in Saudi Arabia (Full-time Remote).
• Tooling: Expert mastery of Figma (including advanced use of Variables, Auto-layout 5.0, Components, and Prototyping). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines and Google’s Material Design.
• UX Writing: Ability to craft or oversee effective UX copy in both Arabic and English.
• Remote Fluency: Highly disciplined and self-motivated, with experience using remote collaboration tools (Slack, Jira, Notion, Zoom).
