Job Title: Business Development Executive



Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia




The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The role focuses on driving revenue growth by offering Adeccoâs HR and workforce solutions tailored to client needs.



Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field.



2-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management (HR services experience preferred).



Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.



Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.



Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with senior decision-makers.



Knowledge of the Saudi market and business culture is a plus.



Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across multiple industries in Saudi Arabia.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions, including staffing, recruitment, and HR services.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business pitches to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of business activities, pipeline, and client interactions in CRM systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and workforce solutions to provide informed recommendations.
