CHEF DE CUISINE (PERSIAN RESTAURANT) - JEDDAH, SAUDI ARABIA


We are working with an International Branded Hotel that is looking to recruit a Chef De Cuisine for their new restaurant opening in Jeddah, KSA. The CDC, reporting to the Executive Chef, will be responsible for daily operations, menu development, and staff management. Additionally, the Chef De Cuisine will ensure high-quality food, enforce health/safety standards, manage inventory, and directly oversee the kitchen brigade to ensure consistent service.


A bit about the role:



  • Develop and refine a traditional Persian menu, including seasonal specials and authentic preparation methods.
  • Manage daily BOH operations, ensuring high-quality food, proper plating, and consistency.
  • Deep knowledge of Persian ingredients, spices and techniques, including rice preparation and grilling.
  • Hire, train, and mentor staff on Persian cuisine techniques and sanitation standards.
  • Monitor food costs, manage stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers.
  • Inspect all plates for quality and presentation before service.

What we are looking for:



  • 5–7 years of culinary experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Proven expertise in traditional and contemporary Persian cuisine.
  • In-depth knowledge of Persian culinary terminology

Salary package: SAR15 000 + housing and transport
