Description
As Development Director, you'll be responsible for:
Leading the full development life-cycle including from feasibility, design, approvals, procurement, and deliveryDrive development strategy, business planning, and financial modelling for new and existing projectsManage consultants, architects, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveryOversee project budgets, schedules, and risk managementWork closely with senior leadership on investment decisions and portfolio optimisationEnsure developments meet market demand, brand standards, and regulatory requirements
Profile
Proven experience in a senior development role within residential, commercial, and/or hospitality real estate having delivered minimum 3-4 projects through the projects entire full lifecyleStrong understanding of the Saudi Arabian real estate market and regulatory environmentDemonstrated ability to lead complex, large-scale developmentsExcellent financial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsArabic speaking is advantageous but not essentialDegree in Real Estate, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
