Now we're looking for a Senior AI Healthcare Engineer to join as the senior technical leader in a team of 2 AI engineers. This isn't a job. It's equity in a company powering Vision 2030.
???? THE ROLE
You'll work directly with the C-suite to:
→ Architect our IQ Platform (Dental IQ, Chest IQ, Stroke IQ, Retina IQ)→ Understand healthcare integrations (HL7, FHIR, DICOM, PACS) that plug AI into clinical workflows→ Develop computer vision models using PyTorch, MONAI, and custom architectures→ Optimize inference pipelines — GPU acceleration, distributed computing, edge deployment→ Mentor the next generation of healthcare AI engineers→ Ship medical devices deployed across Saudi Arabia, UAE, Egypt, and Morocco

→ 7+ years shipping production AI/ML systems (healthcare/medical imaging preferred)→ Deep expertise in computer vision — CNNs, transformers, segmentation architectures→ Production HL7, FHIR, DICOM experience (you know theory vs implementation)→ Python mastery. Bonus: Rust, systems optimization→ Track record leading technical teams→ Fluent English (Arabic a plus)→ Willingness to be in or relocate to Riyadh
Bonus points:→ Publications (Neur IPS, MICCAI, CVPR)→ Open-source contributions (MONAI, OHIF)→ Regulatory experience (SFDA, FDA 510(k), CE marking)
