Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Lawyer role based in Riyadh. The Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal counsel, preparing legal documentation, and representing the company in legal transactions. Other responsibilities include conducting legal research, ensuring regulatory compliance, negotiating contracts, and offering legal guidance to internal stakeholders. The role requires strong understanding of local and international laws, as well as the ability to manage multiple legal matters effectively and maintain confidentiality.
Qualifications Proficiency in Legal Research, Drafting, and Legal Analysis Expertise in Contract Negotiation, Contract Drafting, and Corporate Governance Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance, Risk Mitigation, and Litigation Strong Communication, Analytical Thinking, and Problem-Solving Skills A degree in Law (LLB or equivalent) with active legal license Experience in corporate law or a related legal field Fluency in Arabic and English is required Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Experience in investment capital
