We are seeking an experienced Lead Impact & Assessment Consultant to design, validate, and deliver robust psychometric and outcomes-based assessment frameworks that measure both individual capability and “distance travelled” impact across large-scale employment and social development programmes.
This is a senior, hands-on role combining psychometrics, advanced analytics, and real-world programme evaluation, supporting evidence-based decision-making across service design, delivery, and funding.
Key Responsibilities:Design and validate psychometric tools (ability, aptitude, personality, situational judgment tests). Develop outcomes frameworks measuring behavioural, cognitive, and attitudinal change. Build “distance travelled” indicators for employability, motivation, confidence, and wellbeing. Conduct reliability, validity, bias, and cultural fairness analysis (CTT, IRT, Rasch). Perform advanced statistical analysis (longitudinal analysis, factor analysis, predictive modelling). Translate data into dashboards, reports, and actionable programme insights. Oversee digital assessment platforms, test administration, and data integrity. Advise senior stakeholders on assessment strategy and impact interpretation. Train operational teams in ethical and accurate assessment delivery, including Arabic-language support where required.
Ideal Profile:Master’s degree in Psychometrics, I/O Psychology, Applied Statistics, or related field. Minimum 5 years’ experience in psychometrics, programme evaluation, or social impact measurement. Strong knowledge of CTT, IRT, Rasch, validity and bias analysis. Experience with beneficiary-focused programmes (employability, education, rehabilitation). Proficiency in SPSS, R or Python, and Power BI or Tableau. Excellent stakeholder communication and data storytelling skills. Fluent in Arabic (essential) and professional working proficiency in English. High ethical standards and strong cultural sensitivity.
