Overall responsibility for providing the vision, strategy, direction, and leadership for the company’s business operations, increasing the client base, identifying opportunities, Input key strategic plans and responsible for delivery of sales targets. You will be responsible for achieving the company’s financial and operational, sales revenue, and profit targets, whilst controlling costs, managing risk, and delivering the budgeted profit margins. Key Accountabilities:Ensure sales targets are met monthly Actively seek out new sales opportunities Manage all internally allocated leads in a timely manner Identify and meet key strategic partners and stakeholders to achieve new revenue streams to meet the annual budgets Key Responsibilities:Weekly and monthly individual sales reports are provided in a timely and accurate manner Formulate accurate solutions to present to clients Preparing and presenting accurate proposals within agreed timeframes Devising alternate client attainment strategies Keeping updated on legislative and legal changes that affect the business environment of CBCDevelop and sustain valuable relationships between CBC and all clients, referral partners and stakeholders Contribute to annual business development and sales plans Ensure CRM is up to date daily, weekly, and monthly Follow the SOP of the business development pipeline strategy and any other relevant department strategies Attend relevant networking events and generate new business Identify organizations for Creation within target sectors such as lawyers, tax and auditing firms, banking and multinational organizations Identify and connect with target partners, C-suite executives, and senior management influencers within these organizations to generate leads and drive sales What We’re Looking For:Degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or relevant field3+ years working in corporate services or professional services in KSAProven sales track record for 3 years Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Zoho) Saudi Arabia and wider GCC market knowledge Why Join Us?
