Job Purpose Provide high-level executive support to the CEO in a sensitive and confidential defense environment. The Executive Secretary is responsible for coordinating communications, managing schedules, following up on tasks, and liaising with military entities. The role ensures administrative operations run smoothly and in alignment with defense-sector protocols.
Key Responsibilities Manage and organize the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and ensure continuous follow-up. Prepare, review, and edit official correspondence, reports, and documents. Coordinate internal and external communication, especially with military units, operational sites, and project teams. Handle sensitive documentation and maintain a high level of confidentiality. Arrange travel, visits, and movements within restricted military zones. Prepare and document meeting minutes, executive decisions, and action items. Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Ensure administrative processes comply with defense project protocols and security requirements.
Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in an executive secretary role, preferably within a military or defense environment. Strong understanding of military structures, ranks, and terminology. Full proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken). Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook). High professionalism, strict confidentiality, and exceptional attention to detail.
