Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic School Principal to lead our International School in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strong academic and administrative leadership, ensuring the effective implementation of British and American curricula, and maintaining high standards of teaching, learning, and student wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide overall academic and operational leadership of the school. Oversee the effective implementation and continuous development of the British and American curricula. Ensure compliance with international accreditation and quality standards. Lead, mentor, and evaluate teaching and administrative staff. Develop and implement the school’s strategic and operational plans. Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment. Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and external stakeholders. Monitor student performance and drive continuous improvement in academic outcomes.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of experience in the education sector, including proven leadership experience. Strong experience with British and American curricula (mandatory). Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership or School Administration is preferred. Solid understanding of international accreditation standards. Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. Fluency in English (spoken and written). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in modern educational technologies and school management systems. Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, international school environment. Proactive, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
