Job Description: In this role, you will: design and deliver exceptional, tailor-made travel experiences for premium clients in the Arabic leisure market, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring the highest standards of service and satisfaction. Curate personalised travel itineraries across global destinations Manage client relationships, anticipating needs and preferences Provide expert advice on luxury experiences, trends, and destinations Coordinate with suppliers and partners to secure exclusive services Ensure seamless travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and activities Maintain accurate client records and follow up to ensure satisfaction
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years’ experience in luxury travel, hospitality, concierge, or high-end customer service Professional proficiency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken Strong global destination knowledge with a flair for stylish, premium experiences GDS experience (Amadeus) Tech-savvy and comfortable with virtual working Passion for travel, culture, gastronomy, events, and high-end service Customer-focused, with the ability to connect, anticipate needs, and deliver exceptional service Strong sales experience in cross- and up-selling Excellent communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail
