Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise all technical office activities.
  • Review and study project drawings, specifications, and contracts.
  • Prepare quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
  • Prepare project pricing, cost estimates, and detailed cost analysis (materials, labor, equipment).
  • Prepare and review tenders and bids for governmental and private projects.
  • Coordinate with project management, site teams, and consultants.
  • Review and approve shop drawings and technical submittals.
  • Prepare technical and financial reports for top management.
  • Lead and supervise technical office engineers and enhance team performance.
  • Evaluate variations and change orders and assess their financial impact.



Skills

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil / Architectural or equivalent).
  • Valid membership in the Engineering Council / Engineers Authority.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in construction companies.
  • Proven experience in governmental projects.
  • Strong experience in technical office management and pricing.
  • Good knowledge of governmental tendering and procurement systems.
  • Proficiency in engineering and estimation software.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
