Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that build brand awareness, attract clients, and support our staffing and customer experience services. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive measurable results.


Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning

o Develop and implement a marketing strategy aligned with company growth goals.

o Identify target markets, trends, and customer needs within the CX and staffing industries.

• Brand & Content

to strengthen the company’s brand positioning across digital and offline channels.

o Oversee the creation of engaging content (blogs, case studies, social media, campaigns).

• Digital Marketing

to manage SEO, SEM, and paid media campaigns to increase visibility.

o Drive lead generation through social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) and email campaigns.

• Campaigns & Events

: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, industry events, and client engagement activities.

o Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

• Analytics & Reporting

to monitor and analyze KPIs, ROI, and campaign effectiveness.

o Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.



Skills

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field (master’s is a plus).

• 5+ years’ experience in marketing, ideally within staffing, HR services, or customer experience industries.

• Proven track record in digital marketing, lead generation, and brand management.

• Strong knowledge of social media, content creation, and marketing automation tools.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills (Arabic & English preferred).

• Creative thinker with analytical ability to turn data into strategy.
