About the Role
This role will work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to develop business plans, budgets, forecasts, and performance reports that enable informed decision-making and drive business performance.
Responsibilities
Support annual business planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes Analyze financial and operational performance against plans and identify variances Develop management reports, dashboards, and executive presentations Build financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic initiatives Partner with business units to align plans with corporate objectives Track KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve performance Support long-range planning and investment analysis
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field10 - 12 years of experience in business planning, FP&A, or analytics Required Skills Strong financial modeling and analytical skills Advanced Excel and presentation skills; BI tools are a plus Ability to communicate insights clearly to senior stakeholders Detail-oriented, structured, and proactive mindset Preferred Skills Experience with BI tools
