Job title: Talent Acquisition Specialist (Tamheer) Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Join our dynamic team as a Tamheer Intern in Talent Acquisition and gain valuable hands-on experience!
1. Recruitment & Onboarding Source the best candidates through various suitable recruitment platforms tailored to company needs. Conduct interviews to efficiently fill open vacancies. Screen applicants, select the most suitable candidates, and extend job offers. Ensure completion of all hiring procedures in accordance with company policies. Verify the accuracy of submitted documents and upload them to the system (Kiss Flow).
2. Internal & External Recruitment and Workforce Planning Conduct internal interviews to assess employees for promotions or transfers between departments or branches. Prepare job offers for both internal and external candidates, ensuring alignment with company salary policies and career progression guidelines. Execute external recruitment processes by following up on hiring plans and identifying future needs in coordination with relevant departments. Facilitate re-employment of former talents by reviewing re-employment plans, coordinating with management to issue offers, and updating system records. Coordinate with the leave management team to plan and review annual leave, ensuring accurate recording in the system. Process salary advance requests for new employees in cooperation with the finance department, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement.
3. Organizational Development (OD) Support in documenting organizational structures, job roles, and reporting lines. Help organize and coordinate internal training, onboarding, or development initiatives. Support employee engagement activities and internal HR projects. Assist in collecting and organizing data related to performance, engagement, or internal surveys.
4. Requirements Bachelor’s degree holder (fresh graduate). You must apply through Hadaf. Eligible for Tamheer program under the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) criteria. Genuine interest in Human Resources, especially recruitment and talent acquisition. Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken). Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook). Quick learner with the ability to adapt and thrive in a professional work environment. Saudi nationality (mandatory for Tamheer eligibility).
