Required Experience and Skills:Proven leadership in Git Lab-based Dev Ops transformation projects Deep understanding of Git Lab reference architecture (CNH knowledge is a plus) Proficient in CI/CD pipelines, Git Ops, and Dev Sec Ops practices Strong hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, and Git Experience with Geo setup and Git Lab Congregate migrations Strong advisory and documentation skills
