As the company prepares for launch, it is finalizing strategic partnerships, fund manager agreements, and key service provider integrations, positioning itself as a scalable and trusted investment platform in the Saudi market. Position Overview Marketing Director / Marketing Consultant Money Do is seeking a senior-level Marketing Director or Marketing Consultant to define, lead, and execute the company’s marketing and brand strategy. This role is designed for a highly experienced professional capable of operating at both strategic and executional levels within a regulated investment environment. The position may be structured as either:Full-Time Marketing Director, or Independent Marketing Consultant (Freelancer)depending on the candidate’s profile and availability. Key Responsibilities1. Marketing Leadership & Strategy Own and lead Money Do’s end-to-end marketing strategy, aligned with business objectives and regulatory considerations. Define brand positioning, messaging framework, and go-to-market strategy for platform launch and growth phases. Act as a strategic advisor to the executive team on customer acquisition, market penetration, and brand development. Establish clear marketing KPIs and performance measurement frameworks.2. Growth, Digital & Performance Marketing Lead all digital marketing efforts, including paid media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and funnel optimization. Oversee social media strategy, content direction, and engagement performance (hands-on or via agencies). Drive data-led decisions to optimize acquisition costs and conversion rates.3. Brand, Content & Communications Ensure consistent, compliant, and high-impact brand communication across all channels. Oversee creation of marketing content including campaigns, thought leadership, announcements, and educational material. Manage and direct external agencies, designers, and media partners.4. Public Relations & Stakeholder Engagement Lead PR strategy, media relations, and key announcements in coordination with regulatory requirements. Build relationships with relevant media outlets, industry influencers, and strategic partners. Support investor-facing communications and platform launch narratives. Qualifications & Experience Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (required). Advanced qualifications or certifications in digital marketing or branding are a strong plus. Professional Experience7+ years of progressive marketing experience, including senior or leadership roles. Proven experience in investment, fintech, financial services, or regulated environments is highly preferred. Demonstrated success in building and scaling brands, preferably within start-ups or growth-stage companies. Skills & Competencies Strong strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability. Deep understanding of digital marketing, performance analytics, and brand management. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Fluent in Arabic and English. Engagement Model Employment Type: Full-Time (Director) or Contract-based (Consultant / Freelancer) Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Hybrid for full-time / flexible for consultant) Availability: Immediate or short notice preferred Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation aligned with seniority and engagement model.
