Role Summary Life Lab is hiring a Director of Wellness to lead coaching and program delivery across a premium wellness environment. You will set quality standards, develop signature programs, lead and grow a high-performing coaching team, and ensure members receive safe, consistent, outcome-driven experiences as Life Lab scales to additional sites. Key Responsibilities Lead the wellness delivery model and ensure consistent service quality across coaches and classes. Design and oversee structured programs across performance, recovery, lifestyle, and wellbeing. Partner with internal teams (Clinical, Member Experience, Sales, Marketing, Technology) to align delivery, engagement, and member outcomes. Recruit, mentor, and retain top coaching talent; build development pathways and leadership succession. Drive continuous improvement through reporting, member feedback, and quality reviews. Evaluate and introduce new modalities, tools, and partnerships aligned with a premium brand standard. Requirements8–12+ years in elite coaching/program leadership within premium fitness/wellness. Proven track record building standards and leading teams (multi-site experience preferred). Strong command of evidence-based programming, progression, and risk management. Exceptional leadership, training-of-trainers capability, and stakeholder management.
