Job Title:Environment, Health and Safety Manager Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategies and systems for Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management in compliance with local and international regulations. Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental standards across all company operations. Monitor and analyze environmental, health, and safety performance to ensure continuous improvement. Conduct audits and inspections regularly to ensure adherence to standards. Provide regular reports to senior management regarding quality, safety, and environmental performance. Address quality and safety-related incidents and issues, finding effective solutions. Have daily responsibility for Quality, HSE management matters, both prior to and during the performance of the Services, and delivery of Deliverables, including KPI decomposition and performance evaluation. Perform risk assessment for engineering quality, HSE of project, provide suggestions or actions to project team on how to avoid or decrease those risks.
Requirements:*Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.*Minimum of 8 years of experience in HSE management.*Strong knowledge of local and international quality, safety, and environmental standards.*Ability to communicate and coordinate with internal teams and regulatory bodies.*Relevant certifications in safety and occupational health (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH).
