We’re hiring: AR/EN Social Media + Community Account Manager (Riyadh / Saudi or relocate) PME manages multiple client brands across Saudi in hospitality, lifestyle, events, retail, and more. We’re looking for a fluent Arabic/English social media/community manager who can run multiple accounts simultaneously and coordinate 24/7 coverage with remote team members across time zones.
This role is for someone who:Lives in comments & DMs (fast, polished, culturally aware) Can manage posting schedules + approvals without chaos Understands clients (account management mindset) Can build a coverage roster with remote teammates (handover notes, escalation rules)
You'll own Content calendars + posting (IG/Tik Tok/X/Linked In/Snap as needed) DMs, comments, moderation, community growth Client comms, weekly updates, reporting, action plans Coordination with designers/copywriters/editors + remote coverage shifts
Must-haves Fluent AR + EN (written + spoken) Proven multi-account experience Calm under pressure, fast response time, high taste in brand voice Comfortable with shift-based coverage + handovers (24/7 as a team)
