We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Software Quality Engineer to lead our quality assurance initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing robust testing strategies, optimizing software processes, and ensuring our products meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:Strategy & Planning: Analyze technical and functional requirements during the early stages of development to ensure testability. Design and implement comprehensive Test Plans and Test Cases. Testing Execution: Conduct a wide range of testing including functional, performance, security, and automated testing to ensure product stability. Automation: Develop and maintain advanced test automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Test NG, and JUnit. Defect Management: Track, analyze, and report defects using tools like JIRA or Bugzilla, collaborating closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution. Agile Collaboration: Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies to ensure quality assurance is integrated into every phase of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Quality Analysis: Monitor product quality KPIs, assess risks, and provide detailed analytical reports on software quality levels to management. Process Improvement: Drive the continuous improvement of software processes by implementing industry best practices in software development and testing. Qualifications & Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 9 years of experience in Software Engineering, Quality Assurance, or AI-related fields. Technical Skills:Expertise in test automation tools (Selenium, Test NG, JUnit). Proficiency with bug-tracking software (JIRA, Bugzilla). Strong knowledge of performance and security testing methodologies. Methodologies: Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks. Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to mentor junior team members.
