Senior Executive – Recruitment (Automotive Sector)
On behalf of our client in the automotive industry, we are looking to hire a Senior Executive – Recruitment to support their talent acquisition function and drive end-to-end hiring across key business units.
Location: Riyadh Industry: Automotive
Role Overview:Handle full-cycle recruitment, manage candidate pipelines, coordinate interview processes, and partner closely with hiring managers to ensure smooth, efficient hiring operations. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a solid understanding of recruitment best practices.
Key Responsibilities:• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles• Coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders• Screen, shortlist, and evaluate candidates based on role requirements• Maintain recruitment reports and trackers• Support People & Culture in operational tasks as needed• Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle
Requirements:• 5–7 years of recruitment experience, ideally within Construction, Facilities Management, Power & Engineering, or related sectors• Strong communication and problem-solving skills• High computer literacy• bachelor’s degree (HR qualification is a plus)• Ability to work in a fast-paced, employee-focused environment
