Job Description: We are looking for a professional and experienced Head Nurse to oversee and manage all nursing operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and lead the nursing team in accordance with hospital policies and healthcare standards. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and clinical skills. Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and monitor nursing policies and procedures. Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff performance. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards. Coordinate with medical and administrative teams to ensure efficient patient care. Manage staffing schedules, recruitment, and training programs for nursing staff. Prepare reports and presentations for hospital management. Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing. Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
