Position Title: Digital Governance Specialist Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Role:Reef Company is looking for a highly motivated Digital Governance Specialist to join our team and contribute to driving the company’s digital transformation through effective policies, frameworks, and strong governance practices.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain digital governance frameworks, policies, and procedures. Ensure alignment of digital initiatives with the company’s strategy and regulatory requirements. Monitor digital risks and support mitigation plans. Work closely with IT, cybersecurity, and business teams to ensure compliance and quality. Track and report the performance of digital platforms and services. Support digital maturity assessments and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Experience in digital governance, IT governance, risk management, or compliance. Strong understanding of digital transformation, cybersecurity, and data governance principles. Knowledge of frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, and ISO standards is a plus. Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
