About the role:

To support the T&L Projects team on SAP system, coordination with other departments by facilitating/keeping updates with the ongoing T&L Projects documentation requirements/requisitions

Key Responsibilities

• Review quotations received from Project Managers and initiate purchase requisitions accordingly.


• Monitor purchase order releases for ongoing projects and proactively follow up with Central Procurement.


• Track all raised purchase requisitions within the system and ensure regular updates.


• Coordinate with Engineering Stores to facilitate the creation of GRNs and service entries for completed jobs.


• Liaise with the Head Office Shared Services team to process invoices related to completed project work.


• Coordinate monthly Project Performance Reviews and Health & Safety meetings.


• Manage and arrange visit visas for foreign consultants and engineers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.


• 1+ year of relevant professional experience.


• Strong command of English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
