Description and Requirements








We are seeking a Senior Production Operations Manager to lead end-to-end factory operations with a focus on efficiency, delivery, quality, and talent development. In this role, you will drive operational improvements, ensure on-time and high‑quality execution, and cultivate talent to support overall operational excellence.


Your Responsibilities: 
  • Drive overall factory operational efficiency improvements, including capacity planning.
  • Lead efficiency enhancement initiatives across operational teams.
  • Oversee lean production practices to streamline processes.
  • Optimize production layout to support efficient operations.
  • Ensure order delivery performance and promote improvements in on‑time delivery rate.
  • Ensure quality standards are met and facilitate system operations for production control.
  • Conduct implementation inspections to ensure effective execution and compliance.
  • Develop and implement talent cultivation plans for the operations organization.

Position Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Over 10 years of experience in production management.
  • Experience in order management and warehouse/material management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • High level of work enthusiasm and a strong sense of responsibility.
