CCL Global are currently recruiting for a Cybersecurity Lead for a large-scale Digital & OT Transformation project. The role will support engineering, integration, and commissioning activities across critical infrastructure systems.
The job holder will:Lead cybersecurity configuration, implementation, and system hardening activities Ensure cybersecurity integration with ADMS and other operational systems Coordinate cybersecurity testing activities including Pre-SAT and SAT with the client Liaise with regulatory bodies and key stakeholders to ensure compliance Support secure system handover to operations teams
Key Duties Will Include:Adopt and demonstrate exemplary behaviour with regard to HSSE requirements and contribute to the project HSSE objectives Promote and enforce Company Ethics, Code of Conduct, and cybersecurity best practices across the project Provide specialist cybersecurity expertise to engineering and integration teams Ensure compliance with local cybersecurity regulations and international standards Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on cybersecurity matters Support procurement activities through technical evaluations and vendor coordination Attend and support FAT, SAT, and commissioning activities within the cybersecurity scope Identify risks, anticipate issues, and propose mitigation and improvement solutions Ensure timely reporting of progress, risks, and technical concerns to the project leadership
Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science, or Network Security Minimum 10 years’ experience in cybersecurity, including OT environments Strong knowledge of regional cybersecurity regulations and international standards Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCNP Security preferred
Technical Experience:Hands-on experience with:Next Generation Firewalls Sandbox and Threat Detection Solutions Endpoint Security Vulnerability Management Network Access Control (NAC) Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) SIEM and Log Management Systems Patch Management Centralized Firewall and Security Management Platforms
