Job Details

Lead the end-to-end member journey and a team of Specialists to deliver a white-glove, tech-enabled experience that drives satisfaction, retention, and referrals. Coordinate closely with Sales, Facility, and Wellness & Performance. You’ll do Lead, coach, schedule, and QA the MX team; enforce SLAs and SOPs. Own onboarding (Day-0/7/30), service recovery, renewals, and feedback loops. Track NPS/CSAT, activation, churn, FCR/TTR; publish weekly dashboards. Coordinate with Sales on upsell opportunities (Sales owns closing). Must-haves4–6 yrs CX/member experience/hospitality ops; 1–2 yrs team leadership. Bilingual Arabic & English; strong CRM/ticketing (Hub Spot/Mindbody/Glofox, Zendesk/Intercom). Willing to work rotating shifts (incl. some evenings/weekends).
