Who we’re looking for We’re hiring a Sales Representative (Restaurants & HORECA) to grow our small-accounts segment: restaurants, cafés, catering, and hospitality. This is a highly in-market role: relationship-driven field sales, fast customer activation, and consistent account growth through strong follow-up and execution.
What you’ll do New customer acquisition:Prospect in the field (walk-ins, referrals, network, lead lists) and manage your pipeline Pitch Nabt, understand customer needs, close, and onboard accounts Activation & account growth:Drive first order and build repeat ordering habits Grow accounts through frequency, basket size, and category expansion (upsell/cross-sell) Build trusted relationships with owners, chefs, and procurement teams Execution & internal collaboration:Keep strong CRM discipline: activities, follow-ups, forecasting, and weekly reporting Coordinate with operations/supply to ensure service reliability (fill rate, substitutions, delivery performance) Capture market feedback and turn it into actionable insights to improve product and service

What you need2+ years of B2B sales experience (HORECA / food supply / FMCG / marketplaces) Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills Comfortable with field work, targets, and a fast pace Basic CRM discipline + reporting (Excel/Google Sheets) Strong English communication (Arabic is a must)
