About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Parts Manager – Trucks and Buses to lead and manage parts operations across our commercial vehicle business. The role will focus on inventory control, parts availability, supplier coordination, and supporting service and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage parts operations for trucks and buses. Ensure optimal availability of genuine parts to support service and customer needs. Plan, control, and monitor parts inventory and stock levels. Coordinate with suppliers, principals, and logistics partners. Develop parts pricing, margins, and sales strategies. Support service teams to reduce vehicle downtime and improve customer satisfaction. Monitor parts performance, slow-moving stock, and obsolescence. Prepare reports on parts sales, inventory, and operational performance. Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification. Proven experience as a Parts Manager or senior parts role in trucks and buses. Strong knowledge of commercial vehicle parts and aftersales operations. Experience in the Saudi market is highly preferred. Strong leadership, planning, and analytical skills. Good communication and coordination abilities.
