We’re looking for a Celebrity Account Manager with the rare ability to balance glamor and grit, someone who can manage A-list relationships, deliver revenue-driving strategies, and turn backstage chaos into on-brand brilliance.
What You'll Be Doing:Own the relationship with celebrity be the first call, the fixer, the trusted advisor. Align celebrity goals with business strategies for mutual success. Ensure timely product deliveries, boutique updates, and smooth communication across all touchpoints. Choose the right celebrity for the right campaigns. Track performance, optimize strategy, and ensure every post turns into product movement. Oversee campaign execution from marketing coordination to boutique merchandising. Manage private label stock, exclusives, and boutique banners Coordinate with purchasing, creative, and warehouse teams to keep boutiques fresh and fully stocked. Work closely with cross-functional departments to execute launches, events, and marketing pushes Prep sales reports and lead monthly business reviews with celebrity clients. Leverage CRM tools, dashboards, and social insights to spot trends and guide strategy Propose bundles, flash sales, and tactical moves to boost boutique performance Confirm payout accuracy, deliver cheques, and close the loop with finance—cleanly and clearly.
What You Bring to the Table:Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent1–3 years of experience in account management, e-commerce, influencer marketing, or brand partnerships Bilingual fluency in English and Arabic (spoken + written) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems A collaborative spirit and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong negotiation, reporting, and communication skills A sharp eye for trends, strategy, and influencer culture Work with influential celebrities and dynamic brands Fast-paced, creative, and collaborative work environment Real ownership over projects, growth, and strategy Competitive salary + performance incentives Being part of a team that’s shaping the future of celebrity commerce
