Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Consultant Pediatric Surgery role based in Riyadh. The Consultant Pediatric Surgeon will manage pediatric patients requiring surgical intervention, collaborate closely with multidisciplinary medical teams, and ensure high standards of medical care. Key responsibilities include diagnosing medical conditions, performing surgical procedures, supervising junior medical staff, participating in training programs, and contributing to patient care improvements. The role involves direct patient contact and active participation in hospital protocols and emergency response scenarios.

Qualifications

Expert proficiency in Pediatric Surgery, Medicine, and clinical care Knowledge of Cardiology and Emergency Medicine as it pertains to pediatric care Experience in Working with Physicians and managing multidisciplinary medical teams Strong ability to train and mentor junior medical staff Advanced medical degree (MD or equivalent) along with recognized certifications in Pediatric Surgery Previous experience in surgical roles within a hospital or healthcare setting Excellent communication and collaborative skills Fluency in English is mandatory; fluency in Arabic is considered an advantage
