We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented BIM Engineer (Architecture / MEP) with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, specifically on high-rise and/or hotel projects, to join our teams in Riyadh and Makkah. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing, coordinating, and managing BIM models to support project design and construction activities. Key Responsibilities:Develop, coordinate, and manage BIM models for Architectural and/or MEP disciplines in line with project requirements and BIM standards. Perform clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination using BIM tools. Prepare coordinated shop drawings, construction models, and as-built documentation. Ensure adherence to the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and company BIM protocols. Support design coordination meetings and provide technical BIM input to project teams. Extract quantities, schedules, and reports from BIM models as required. Coordinate closely with consultants, contractors, and site teams throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of BIM experience, with mandatory exposure to high-rise and/or hotel projects. Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture / MEP). Hands-on experience with Navisworks for clash detection and coordination. Good understanding of BIM standards, workflows, and construction documentation. Ability to manage multiple deliverables and work under tight deadlines. Strong communication and coordination skills. Preferred Qualifications:Experience on large-scale hospitality or high-rise developments. Familiarity with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC). Prior experience working on projects in Saudi Arabia is an advantage.
