We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Civil Engineering or Architecture, and a minimum of 20 years of proven experience delivering high-rise towers and five-star hotel projects. The ideal candidate will have managed mega-scale developments and possess a solid understanding of the Saudi Arabian construction market. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to deliver complex projects to the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of high-rise tower and luxury hotel projects, from pre-construction through completion and handover. Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and risk management for mega projects. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, authorities, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives. Ensure compliance with contract requirements, project specifications, local regulations, and international standards. Drive project execution strategies, construction methodologies, and value engineering initiatives. Monitor progress against milestones and implement corrective actions where required. Lead multidisciplinary project teams, fostering high performance, accountability, and safety culture. Ensure adherence to HSE, quality, and sustainability requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Manage claims, variations, and commercial issues in coordination with contracts and commercial teams. Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and clients.
Mandatory Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. Minimum 20 years of overall professional experience in construction project management. Mandatory experience in high-rise tower projects. Mandatory experience in five-star / luxury hotel developments. Proven track record in delivering mega projects (large-scale, high-value developments). Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contract administration, and project controls.
Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience in the Saudi Arabian (KSA) market is highly preferred. Experience working with government authorities and major developers in KSA. Professional certifications such as PMP, MRICS, or equivalent are an advantage. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
