Job Details

Key Responsibilities: Identify and reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and social platforms Present and promote company products or services to prospective clients Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales inquiries Negotiate deals and close sales to meet or exceed targets Keep accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to support sales activities Stay updated on products, pricing, and market trends Provide basic after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to negotiate, persuade, and close sales effectively Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently Good time management and organizational skills Basic computer skills and experience with CRM systems is a plus Ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions Professional attitude with a strong customer-service mindset
