Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate project activities with architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Review drawings, shop drawings, and construction plans for accuracy and compliance
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective measures
  • Ensure strict adherence to QA/QC requirements and project specifications
  • Enforce site HSE standards to maintain a safe working environment
  • Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, inspection requests, and as-built documentation
  • Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to resolve technical matters

Skills

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
  • 5–7 years of experience as a Site/Project Engineer on high-rise buildings
  • Strong knowledge of structural, architectural, and finishing works
  • Prior experience in the GCC/UAE is an advantage
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and relevant engineering software
