Job Purpose
The Director – B2B Development leads the strategy and execution of third-party sales channels for the Residential Sales division. This role is responsible for building, managing, and optimizing a high-performing network of external partners—such as brokers, introducers, and institutional channels—to support residential sales objectives. The role requires an established professional network within the luxury real estate ecosystem and involves frequent regional and international travel.
Job Responsibilities
Define and lead the B2B and third-party channel strategy aligned with residential sales goals Leverage existing broker, investor, and institutional networks to accelerate partner acquisition Identify priority markets, partner segments, and growth opportunities Establish partner qualification criteria, onboarding standards, and governance frameworks Oversee partner contracting, commercial terms, and incentive structures in coordination with internal teams Lead partner enablement initiatives, including training programs, sales toolkits, and product education Set KPIs and performance management frameworks for all B2B partners Monitor partner performance, address underperformance, and manage partner optimization or offboarding Act as the senior point of contact for strategic and high-value partners Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Business Intelligence teams to ensure alignment Lead, mentor, and develop the B2B Development team Represent the organization at industry events, roadshows, and partner engagements
Qualification and requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field12+ years of experience in luxury real estate sales, partnerships, or broker network development Demonstrated track record of leveraging established broker and partner networks to drive transactions Strong commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Proven leadership experience managing teams and external partner ecosystems Willingness and ability to travel frequently across priority regional and international markets
