Job Details

Role Purpose: The Customer Service Trainee will support customers by handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing accurate information about products and services. The role operates under direct supervision and follows established procedures, with a focus on delivering excellent service standards and high customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: • Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and inquiries professionally • Identify customer needs and provide clear, accurate, and timely solutions • Assist in resolving customer complaints and ensure proper follow-up • Maintain and update customer accounts and interaction records • Provide product and service information using approved systems and tools • Build strong, professional relationships with customers through effective communication • Follow communication guidelines, policies, and service procedures • Support supervisors in customer service reporting and service quality initiatives. Qualifications & Skills: • Eligible for the Tamheer Program • Good command of English (spoken and written) • Strong communication and customer service skills • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn • Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
