About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant to support growth across enterprise IT consulting engagements in Saudi Arabia. This is a client-facing, deal-shaping role focused on understanding customer business needs, designing fit-for-purpose enterprise solutions, and supporting complex sales cycles through to handover. The ideal candidate combines strong technical depth in enterprise systems with proven pre-sales consulting experience, excellent communication skills in Arabic and English, and a strong understanding of the Saudi market. Key Responsibilities Lead pre-sales activities for medium to large-scale and enterprise IT deals, owning solution design across multiple service lines (e.g., AD, AMS, ITO, multi-tower solutions) Manage the full bid lifecycle, including qualification and response to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs, and development of proactive proposals Translate customer business requirements into scalable cloud, and enterprise application solutions Partner closely with sales, delivery, technology, finance, and legal teams to shape winning solutions, pricing models, and commercial structures Present solution architectures, value propositions, and implementation approaches to senior client stakeholders Support deal shaping, effort estimation, risk identification, and transition from pre-sales to delivery teams Develop and maintain pre-sales assets, including capability decks, solution blueprints, and industry-specific proposals Contribute to go-to-market initiatives for ERP, CRM, and digital transformation offerings in KSARequirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field10+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, or Technical Consulting within an IT services or software consulting environment Solid understanding of SDLC, Saa S, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), data platforms, and custom enterprise applications Proven ability to translate business and operational requirements into practical technical architectures Excellent client-facing, presentation, and negotiation skills in Arabic and English Experience working with clients in Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC is strongly preferred Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and influence decision-makers Nice to Have Relevant technical certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, Salesforce, SAP) Project or program management certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum) Experience supporting digital transformation programs in government or large enterprises
