Key Responsibilities Leadership & Strategy: Develop and implement logistics strategies, lead and train the team, drive continuous improvement, and align logistics with overall business objectives. Operations Management: Oversee end-to-end logistics, including inbound/outbound shipments, warehousing, and distribution. Inventory Control: Manage stock levels, optimize inventory turns, and minimize waste. Transportation: Select carriers, negotiate rates, plan routes, and manage international/local shipments. Supplier & Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, sales, finance, and production teams. Performance & Compliance: Track metrics, analyze data, meet targets, and ensure adherence to regulations and quality standards. Essential Skills & Qualifications Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in logistics software and supply chain management principles. Experience in transportation management, inventory control, and customs clearance (especially for high-value goods).
