We are currently recruiting for a leading Fit-Out Contractor in KSA. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor.
As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will lead, supervise, control and optimise the commercial and contractual aspects of the project, ensuring alignment with company goals, policy and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaise with contracts / planning / estimation to verify / check the draft contract and the required documents prior to signing Check the contract agreement general / particular conditions of the contract, and specifications drawings. Obtain the approval of the project's overall budget Prepare the preliminary cash flow and send it to accounts upon the award of the project Follow up with the consultant and client the approval of the submitted variations Review the draft subcontract agreements / payment terms, exclusion, and responsibility matrix Coordination with the project team and company departments Assure timely and comprehensive submissions for the variations (cost and time)
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Professional certification (e.g., MRICS, CIPS) is advantageous.7+ years experience in commercial reporting, analysis / quantity surveying Experience in Fit-Out projects Ability to work independently in a remote location, demonstrating resilience, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
