Job Responsibilities:
Support the creation, modification, and deletion of user identities across various systems. Ensure the accuracy of identity information and verify that it is regularly updated. Apply access policies and define access rights based on roles and requirements. Monitor and update access rights based on changes in roles or operations. Review and analyze access logs to identify unusual or suspicious activities. Conduct investigations into any unauthorized access incidents and take necessary actions. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the integration of identity and access management systems with the technical infrastructure. Provide technical support to teams regarding access procedures and compliance. Contribute to the development and updating of identity and access management policies to ensure alignment with best practices. Ensure that policies comply with relevant laws and regulations. Organize workshops and training sessions to raise awareness of identity and access management policies and procedures. Provide guidance on how to maintain identity and access security. Ensure that all processes and procedures align with identity and access management policies. Conduct periodic reviews to ensure compliance with these policies. Work to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of identity and access management processes by analyzing current processes and providing recommendations for improvement. Utilize new tools and technologies to improve identity and access management.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.7+ years of experience in the same field
