The Sales Manager represents the business in the market place and is the principle liaison and point of contact between the Operations and the 3rd Party Distributors (OTA’s, STO’s, Wholesalers, PCO’s, Travel Agents).
The Sales Manager takes responsibility for positioning the business and its services and offerings, in the marketplace with the intention of maximising occupancy at the highest possible rate.
This role works closely with the relevant Department Teams to ensure a coordinated effort between Sales, Reservations and the Operations to ensure that interested parties are conducted on comprehensive site surveys in the organisation’s properties.
The role also ensures that 3rd Party Distributors, Consortia, OTA’s and PCA’s receive timely deliveries of up-to-date Service, Rate and Promotional/Campaign information for inclusion in their on-line and paper marketing materials.

- Effectively utilises software applications and communication tools that are used to facilitate the collection and cataloguing of market information for the purposes of generating sales leads and sales
- Effectively manages processes and systems that enable Sales to be generated and guests to be comfortably accommodated to the highest standards of the hotel
- Must be fluent Arabic Speaker
