Cyber Agora is building OSS, an operational system for modern businesses. Most companies still run on a messy stack of disconnected tools across sales, e commerce, fulfillment, customer support, workforce operations, reporting, and automation. OSS unifies these workflows into one operating layer so teams can move faster, reduce manual work, and make decisions from a single source of truth.
We are hiring a Business Development Representative to help expand Cyber Agora in Saudi Arabia. This is an outbound role for someone who can create pipeline with discipline, persistence, and strong business judgment. You will be the front line of our go to market engine, engaging operators and decision makers, qualifying real problems, and converting interest into high quality discovery calls.

The BD team sits at the intersection of product and market. We bring real world customer insight back into the roadmap, sharpen positioning, and help the company learn faster than competitors.
ABOUT THE JOBAs a BDR, you will originate qualified opportunities across priority verticals in Saudi Arabia. You will identify the right accounts, map stakeholders, run multi channel outreach, and qualify prospects into structured discovery and demos. This role requires comfort with cold outreach, strong written and verbal communication, and a mindset built around measurable output.
WHAT YOU’LL DOBuild and execute a focused outbound plan across defined target segments and accounts Research accounts to identify operational pain points, current tools, and likely stakeholders Run high volume outreach across phone, Whats App, Linked In, and email with disciplined follow up Qualify prospects with structured discovery, confirming pain, urgency, decision process, timeline, and budget reality Book high quality meetings for deeper discovery and product demos, and support progression through the early sales cycle Maintain accurate CRM hygiene, pipeline notes, and weekly reporting on activity and conversion rates Translate customer language into actionable insight for product and marketing, improving messaging and playbooks over time Develop fluency in OSS capabilities and map them to real operational workflows, not generic feature pitching
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKEWithin 30 days: strong product and market fluency, consistent daily activity, clean CRM habits, and early meetings booked Within 60 days: stable conversion rates from outreach to meetings, confident qualification, and repeatable messaging by segment Within 90 days: reliable pipeline creation, clear account prioritization, and contribution to playbooks that improve team output
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS1 to 4+ years in outbound sales, BDR, SDR, or a similar pipeline generation role Demonstrated comfort with cold calling and multi touch follow up cadence Strong Arabic and English communication with clear, concise business writing High accountability and consistency in a metrics driven environment Ability to learn a technical product and communicate value to both operators and executives Based in Saudi Arabia or able to work Saudi business hours
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience selling Saa S, ERP, e commerce enablement, logistics, customer support tooling, or workflow automation Experience selling to Saudi SMB and mid market segments Familiarity with operational KPIs in retail, fulfillment, customer experience, or multi channel commerce
