Work from ground zero You join at day zero. You’ll shape the company’s foundations:define the strategy and the “why we win”build the operating system (priorities, metrics, cadence)hire the early team and set the barmake key calls fast and live with them

What you’ll do As a co-founder, your scope is broad. You’ll be accountable for outcomes across the business and take primary ownership where you’re strongest.
1) Build the business enginetranslate the thesis into a clear roadmap and weekly executiondefine KPIs and reporting (growth, margin, retention, cash)run operating rhythm: goals, priorities, accountability
2) Drive go-to-market & growthbuild channels that scale (creator/influencer, paid, partnerships, retail/distribution — depending on what wins)obsess over unit economics and growth loops (CAC, LTV, repeat, margin)turn customer insight into faster iteration
3) Own partnerships & dealsnegotiate with suppliers, distributors, creators, and strategic partnersbuild a network advantage in Saudi/GCCunlock growth through smart commercial structures
4) Build the team & operationshire the first key roles and set culture/standardsset up supply chain, fulfillment, CX, and quality processeskeep execution tight even when it gets chaotic
What we’re looking for Founder mentality: extreme ownership, high pace, high resilience Proven builder in FMCG / consumer / D2C (startup experience preferred) Strong execution + analytical thinking (you care about numbers, not vibes) Comfort with ambiguity, speed, and direct responsibility Strong communicator and negotiator Relocation to Riyadh is required Arabic is a bonus (not a requirement)
